Laugh Out Loud, April 26

Join us when Yvette Halpin, Certified Yoga Teacher and recently Certified Laughter Leader, combines very gentle yoga stretches and systematic methods of chuckles, giggling and laughter to reduce stress and prevent hardening of the attitudes, leading everyone in a laughter routine designed to make us all feel better. It does the body good, and exercise was never this much fun!

The next evening movie at the Hillsborough Public Library, will be An Inconvenient Truth, on March 14. This movie won the Academy Award for Best Documentary Feature in February.

An Inconvenient Truth presents Al Gore's campaign to make the issue of global warming a recognized problem worldwide. Intertwining simple but harrowing statistics with personal reflections, Vice President Gore explains that the tools and methods to reverse the damage we have done are at hand, and that the economic consequences of tackling the problem are positive rather than negative.
