Jazzercise, October 17 & 24, 7PM
The original dance exercise phenomenon! Leslie Temple will instruct each 60 minute workout with a fusion of dance and muscle toning movements choreographed to today's hottest music.
Come join us for a two week session : Wednesdays Oct.17 and Oct.24 at 7:00 pm.
Please remember to wear comfortable clothing and sneakers and bring water and a yoga mat or towel. If you have hand-held weights, bring them as well. No leg warmers required!
A SCLS Release/Waiver must be signed to participate.
