Join us as food historian Judith Krall-Russo will provide a mouth watering lecture on Jersey Fresh products such as tomatoes, corn, and little known historical facts about Jersey swine. Also joining us will be local business owners from Hillsboro Farm, Norz Hill Farm, and Mallery's Grazin Meats to introduce their products.
