Pilates, February 17 & 24, 2010

Join us Wednesdays February 17 & 24 at the Hillsborough Library for a Pilates class, with Beth Frommer, a certified personal trainer and pilates instructor who has been teaching the Pilates Method for 9 years.

Pilates is a low-impact exercise. Anyone can do it, and the benefits are endless. Pliates can help your flexibility, develop long, lean strong muscles, flatten the stomach, strengthen the back, and improve posture. The classes are fun and challenging. Everyone always feels stronger, taller, more energetic and confident when they finish a session.

Wear comfortable clothing, and bring a mat or towel and water.

Registration for this program is required, but there is no cost to attend. To register, stop by or call the Adult Services Desk at 908-369-2200. Registration can also be done online using the library calendar.
