Join us at the Hillsborough Library to learn about and have Valentine's Day Tea. Learn the history and the difference between High Tea and Afternoon Tea. Discover tea etiquette and tea customs including Valentine's Day traditions. Learn the differencces between green tea, black tea and oolong tea. Bring your favorite teacup and savor tea and refreshments!
