Join us for a discussion of Geraldine Brooks' prize-winning novel March.
March tells the story only hinted at in Little Women, following the father, Peter March, as he joins the Union army to fight the Civil War. Although March writes cheerful letters home, this book explains the harsh realities of war, and the cruelty and racism shown by both North and South.
The book discussion is free and open to the public, but registration is required. Sign up at the Adult Information Desk or call 908-369-2200 ext. 13.
